Tirumala hills, are they symbolic of 'Kundalini Jagarana'?

The human has 7 Chakra's also, the Muladhara Chakra, Svadhisthana Chakra, Manipura Chakra, Anahata Chakra, Vishuddha Chakra, Ajna Chakra and the Sahasraram Chakra. Jagarana as far as I can tell means wakefulness, so I read Kundalini waking. From what I can find on the internet about the Tirumala hills they are symbolic of the Kundalini waking because the sacred temple of Sri Venkateshwara is located on the seventh peak, I guess that is the abode of the Lord.
